I agree that women should explore all of the options available to treat menopause symptoms. HRT certainly is effective in relieving hot flashes and night sweats however as you mentioned there are risks involved. While herbs are natural women need to remember that they can interact with other drugs so should consult physician.

Like your blog — and agree with the natural approach, though I think it is often confusing and overwhelming to choose herbs and nutrition over HRT.
